A volcano set in one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world, "the Pearl of Polynesia" is a true dream world. The proud silhouette of Bora Bora is dominated by the towering peaks of its three mountains, the highest of which, Otemanu, rises to 727 metres, coupled by the legendary Pahia.
Generous nature has endowed this islands with a lagoon with crystal clear waters of incommensurable beauty, dotted with a string of idyllic islets. One of these motu is the site of the airport, while others shelter luxury hotels. The exception goes to the Toopua muto, which boasts a hill over a hundred metres high, where the sound blocks are called "the Bells of Hiro".
