A very efficient postal service exists both between the islands and for international mail.

A post card mailed from Tahiti will normally take between 6-8 days to arrive in Great Britain

Post Offices can be found in all the islands you’ll be visiting. The Central Post Office in Papeete is located near the yacht quay and Bougainville Park. It is open on Saturdays from 8:00 to 11:00. It has a stamp centre.

Hotels often sell stamps and will accept mail for postage.
